One verse

Srimad Bhagavatam 11.14.43

11.14.43

तत् सर्वव्यापकं चित्तमाकृष्यैकत्र धारयेत् । नान्यानि चिन्तयेद् भूय: सुस्मितं भावयेन्मुखम् ॥ ४३ ॥

tat sarva-vyāpakaṁ cittam ākṛṣyaikatra dhārayet nānyāni cintayed bhūyaḥ su-smitaṁ bhāvayen mukham

tat
therefore
sarva
in all the parts of the body
vyāpakam
spread
cittam
consciousness
ākṛṣya
pulling back
ekatra
in one place
dhārayet
one should concentrate
na
not
anyāni
other limbs of the body
cintayet
one should meditate on
bhūyaḥ
again
su-smitam
wonderfully smiling or laughing
bhāvayet
one should concentrate on
mukham
the face

One should then pull the consciousness back from all the limbs of that transcendental body. At that time, one should meditate only on the wonderfully smiling face of the Lord.
