Keep a neutral attitude toward animals
Do not make friends with the animals of a holy place or make enemies of them. Do not chase or hurt them.
Dogs, hogs, monkeys and other animals are residents of a holy place just as people are. Do not befriend them and do not make enemies of them: friendly monkeys become a nuisance, and angry ones turn vindictive. Keep a neutral position, and if strays are in the way, leave them alone instead of shouting or throwing stones.
