Be free from envy
Be glad for the success of others. Freedom from envy and from the hunger for honor is a divine quality.
Envy turns another person’s good fortune into your loss. Kṛṣṇa names freedom from envy, and from the passion for honor, among the divine qualities. When someone does well, wish them well, and mean it. Your own path is not made smaller by theirs.
