Do not let anger rule you
Freedom from anger is one of the divine qualities. When it rises, wait before you speak or act.
Anger is quick, and what it says is often not what you would say after a breath. Kṛṣṇa lists freedom from anger among the divine qualities. When you feel it, stop, breathe, perhaps chant a round, and answer only when it has passed.
