The qualities of a sādhu
A sādhu is tolerant, merciful and friendly to all, has no enemies, is peaceful and follows the scriptures. Aim for those.
The Bhāgavatam describes a holy person in these terms: tolerant, merciful and friendly toward all living beings, with no enemy, peaceful, living by the scriptures, and of fine character. You do not have to be all of it today. Pick one quality and practice it for a week.
