Guru and devotees

No scheming, no politics

Do not plot against others or play politics in a community of devotees. Be a friend to all and serve openly.

The Bhāgavatam describes a sādhu as a friend to all living beings, with no enemy. Scheming against someone is the opposite of that, and rivalry, hidden plans and talk behind people’s backs divide a community faster than anything. Serve in the open, say what you mean to the person it concerns, and if you disagree, take it to someone who can help, not to everyone else.
